How it works: The four step process

Your Free Visit
In order to provide the best possible advice, we always take the time to visit you and your team. This allows us to see the venue, complete an audit of the existing systems, discuss your requirements in detail and take any necessary measurements.

Our Proposal
Once we fully understand what you require the system to do, we provide a point by point proposal detailing the equipment and installation required. We also provide a breakdown of costs, manufacture's information and product data sheets where appropriate.

Installation
Once you are happy with the proposal and an order is placed, one of our project managers will contact you to discuss lead times, co-ordination with other trades and convenient times for an installation to be completed. Once the installation is completed, we will provide on site training to get you and your team up and running.

On-Going
We don’t disappear once the installation is completed. Our staff are on hand to answer your questions or queries. We offer unlimited telephone and E-Mail support to every client irrespective of project size or value.
